Payment and delivery
Payment methods:
- Bank card (Privat Bank) — payment details will be sent after order confirmation
- Cash (pickup in Lutsk only)
- Cash on delivery (orders under 300 UAH require full prepayment)

Delivery across Ukraine
Orders are shipped via Nova Poshta courier service every business day (Mon-Fri: 9:00-18:00, Sat: 10:00-14:00) after payment confirmation. Orders paid before 16:00 are dispatched the same day.

Return and Refund Policy
You may return a product of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, if it does not fit you in terms of shape, size, color or configuration.
Return conditions:
- Item has not been used
- Original packaging and appearance preserved
- Receipt or invoice available
Non-returnable items: sterile consumables, opened packages of dental materials (pursuant to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection").

Return shipping cost: paid by the customer.
Refund processing time: within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
