1. General Provisions

Dentarika.com processes returns and refunds in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Protection.

2. Right to Return

The buyer has the right to return a good-quality product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided it has not been used and its original appearance, packaging and documents are preserved.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: sterile medical products, opened dental material packaging, and other items that cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons.

4. Return Procedure

Contact Dentarika support, agree on the return method and address, ship the item in its original condition. After inspection, a decision on refund or exchange will be made.

5. Shipping Costs

If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect or seller error, the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

6. Refund of Payment

After the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.
